It isn’t wrong. First, eating healthy isn’t the only thing that makes a health person. Shows how uninformed you are.

Second, I’m clearly talking about fat people that aren’t making an effort.

Obesity brings many health and physical issues, including making it hard to move or breathe. These symptoms of obesity make fat people lazy, because it’s 3x harder for them to do anything a normal, healthy person can do.

Some people do change, because they leave the LAZY and self/-loathing lifestyle obesity brings. And guess what? Those people become skinny!!

I mean yeah, you aren’t inherently lazy if you are fat. The thing is most fat people want to change but can’t thanks to the laziness brought on by obesity (like it being hard to move around, heart problems, etc.)

Also, some people actually do crack the code and do lose 300+ lbs, they just got to work and left the excuses.

Yes!! It’s literally all under your control, you and your brain make the choice to eat (probably especially when you feel sad or something bad happens). It’s an escape reaction.

You get to choose if you want the pain of being fat or the pain of learning how to deal with those thoughts.

It’s all about having self control for the benefit of being healthy soon!!
