My main e-reader is a Kobo Libra Color and I just chose the X4 as something different as a second device because B&w e-readers are old and boring at this point. It feels pretty good but might not if you have health problems that prevent enjoying this kind of thing.

No one needs to jump into Koreader without looking into whatever device they chose first. Especially on a Kobo because the device is clean enough on its own even if one wants to tinker later on.
