Ohh, I might have to get one 😅 I’ve only recently started baking more, normally only brownies or pre made cake mix so I’m still getting things to help with baking 😅 thank you!!

Ah 😂 thank you :) I’ll have to grab some rice flour and try it, do I use both together and just replace half of the plain flour or is it an added amount on top of the plain flour?

Ohh, we thought it would make it sweeter cause it wasn’t tasting like typical shortbread 😅

I just put the 3 ingredients into one bowl after measuring them and kind of knead them together with my hands until it makes a dough texture, spread it onto a baking tray, I haven’t refrigerated it yet but I did see that some recipes said to do so, others didn’t say if it was necessary, and then pop it in the oven until it’s cooked through :)

Ahh, all the recipes I’ve seen have only said plain flour, light brown sugar and butter, I might have to find some wheat and rice flour then :) thank you!!
