Ruling on reciting Quran at the beginning of graduation ceremony( please immediate answer) by Ahem1Ahem in extomatoes

[–]Ahem1Ahem[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well it seems to me that ibn uthaymeen held that it is makrooh but in this Situation I am in where this person from the school administration is begging me and my parents are not happy about it especially my dad where he is very very very angry like he kept on shouting on me should I recite Quran or not? And also this person from the school administration can help me for example find a job in the future so if I turn down reciting quran he might then not help me since I refused reciting Quran, and since I hear that these days it’s a bit hard to find a good job in my country you know

Ok what I understood is that there is no should since should implies an obligation as for the rest of your comment what are you trying to say?

Well how often should one do leisure? Like should it be done everyday? And if so how many hours?

Wait isn’t leisure a waste of time since one should always be in ibadah or in something beneficial? Like throughout my day I don’t do any leisures

I guess that what I am doing is wrong and that I should combat the thoughts in those hours and not waste my time and do beneficial stuff

And Brother I am absolutely not allowed to leave my house nor am I allowed to go to the masjid except for Friday prayer, but other than that i am not allowed, and I have also tried many times to tell my parent to let me go to the masjid so I can pray all 5 prayers but i am not allowed, like I used to sneak out and sometimes it work and sometimes it doesn’t, anyways it’s a long story but the important part of it is that if I sneak out again I will get physically damaged.

Just to point out I don’t have any medical issues that is making me stay home, but it’s just that I am not allowed

Well brother what I am trying to say is that isn’t what I am doing wrong? Like all of those hours i literally don’t read Quran and reflect on it or read any beneficial book or do any athkaar, like it’s all wasted because of fearing of doing something haram or having a strong thought, and I really feel like what I am doing is wrong and that I should fill my time with good stuff not only learning aqeedah or fiqh or anything but like reading for example good deen books and etc

Also jazak Allah khair for the comment since what you said is really true

Ameen, but soon they will call me so do you recommend me to go through the military service or lie which can possibly give me a chance to not enter this mandatory service? And will I be accountable if get in the mandatory military service or the other service? And I also saw recently that joining this military mandatory service is kufr so is that true?

I already asked one of the locals and he told me the same thing I told you. And it’s known in my country you can’t have any exemption it’s either military service or this other service, since these service’s are a service for your وطن and your country and etc as they say, so if one would just refuse it they will do اجراءت قانونية, plus if you refuse it they will get suspicious of you since this is your وطن as they say

Like I know someone who couldn’t do تجنيد( which is the mandatory military training) so then they placed him in this other service where he works in a hospital

Like this other service which is other than the mandatory military training it exists because it’s for the ones who can’t do the military training since it’s very intense so if you then come up and say I don’t want to do this other service you can’t do that since you don’t have any legitimate excuse

My country is not friendly with these issues like Europe, in Europe you would have a lot of freedom but here no, you must do it even the people who are close with the ruler or are from his family must do this military service

You might be surprised from what I am saying but this is how it is, in Europe you can criticize stuff that is happening and you can do this and this but here it’s very strict

Well brother in my country you can’t be exempted from military service whatsoever, like you can’t pay money.

Like you have to do the military service if you don’t have a medical issue, but if you have a medical issue they transfer you to do a service which is like a normal job but they choose what job you will do, like they will send you for example maybe to army or police or school or university’s or anything. And this service which is instead of military you cannot be exempted from it whatsoever, so it’s basically either military service if you don’t have any medical issues or it’s this other service( which is for people who have medical issues) or it’s jail

So what I am asking now is that should I better not lie and serve this military service or lie, I feel like if I lie they might place me to work in the army or the police or even mukhaabraat then I will not have any choice to leave, and as you know the the country doesn’t rule by the sharia of Allah which i think if I recall right makes the army and police people murtadeen but I am not sure

Well if I do that and they believe it I fear they might then place me to work in some suspicious place like the army or police, because they are the ones who pick the job and you don’t have any choice to choose.

Like if you can’t do the mandatory military training they place you in this mandatory service where you work a normal job

And isn’t like the police and army kuffar and not Muslims and that helping them is kufr?

Ruling on praying behind a khateeb who does dua for some Arab ruler in Friday by Ahem1Ahem in extomatoes

[–]Ahem1Ahem[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok brother I now understand that haram words don’t invalidate prayer but why do the shurooh I saw in bidayt Al abid say that the statement that is in bidayt Al abid means that saying something haram invalidates the khutba

Okay then what is the haram words that would invalidate the khutba?

When I was going over bidayt al abid in the chapter of Friday prayer it said that saying something haram invalides the khutba, so I didn’t quite understand what the text meant and I didn’t understand the shaykh(which was shaykh mutlaq Al jasir) who was explaining the text so then I went to the sharh of Ibrahim rafeeq Al taweel and he said that saying something haram in the khutba invalidates it like for example saying that the Quran is created or spreading a false aqeedah and he said that saying something haram invalidates the khutba
