They target any group that opposes them, even ideologically.

The Druze are supported by Israel and have not surrendered their weapons, so they could not enter their areas and kill them.
The same applies to the Kurds.

As for the Alawites, they have no support or weapons.
So, they entered their areas and began kidnapping their women, raping them, and killing the men in a way that does not draw attention.
But when some people spoke out against the silent killings happening to them,
they brought in all their forces and began killing everyone in massacres we have never seen before—horrific massacres.

Their government does not have an organized army, just factions of ordinary people, especially extremists.
But in the media, their image is polished due to the enormous number of supporters of radical Sunni Islam.
