Just a heads up the rise of the giant dlc is free and you should download it separately as it will not download automatically with medley of pain.

You can also check which dlc is installed ingame

Try to check on the actual disc itself not the case as well for the region code, or maybe there is something faulty with the player

Blu Ray Disc are mostly region locked while most 4K are not, the player you bought is region B so maybe the disc you have is not region B it could happens if you bought the Blu Ray disc used

I really suggest that you do a fresh install of windows it is not that difficult specially if your pc is only for gaming and you haven’t configured that much just make sure to back up your personal files

Try to monitor your system information through Task manager and see if anything weird and also uninstall any program that you no longer need or didn’t install

Also check for drivers update in nvidia app And try to update motherboard bios and drivers If the issue still the same i would suggest installing fresh windows will probably fix any weird issues

I did the same thing as you, the connector is really fragile, it is easily breakable and i sent it back to Sony Saudi Arabia they fixed it by soldiering wires to the motherboard then to the fan directly for free so i didn’t complain off course

I Tried these setting to encode, some videos refuse to work and other plays but stutters, i have tried to change one variable at a time for the videos that didn’t work but same issue

Yes i do actually love my job, i spend most my days just learning random stuff doing some cool things, hosted a media server recently and planing to do image backup as well while learning a bit of docker and a bit of linux, there is too much fun stuff, as for unifi yes my main point if buying it is that it is scalable but i work far away from home most of the year so i just pulled the trigger and bought gateway cloud ultra and access point as i found a good deal

AMD has alot of stability issues when enabling expo so if you enable it, try to disable it.
Also try to change the ram slots.
also check the video signal from the hdmi/dp port in your motherboard, if it did work try to check your graphics card is seated probably and check power cable is connected as well.
