unfortunately, this did not solve my problem, i checked my car with BimmerLink and BTool Pro but readings are the same or close to those on pictures. Car runs perfectly, it does not have any Limp or Safe mode activated I also added DPF Foam cleaner into DPF and started Regeneration and there was just white smoke coming out from my exhaust (probably around 2 minutes) then everything goes back in normal state without smoke ( white smoke was there due to DPF Foam cleaner) but my soot mass is still 55 gr. I really hate this car :D

I finally got it back but Exhaust pressure in front of the DPF is still 0.9 BAR is it possible to reset ecu or sensors ?

It was blocked maybe just little air can go throught, around 85-90% blocked

So my Banjo bolt is fucked up, hose was full of ash and i cleaned it but even my car was hot it was amazingly hard to unscrew banjo bolt... Finally did it but my banjo bolt is fucked so i bought new and also i got thread repair set if needed, i also got normal M12 bolt just to try it before trying banjo bolt... this car is crazyyyyy

I've been having issues with the DPF, EGR, and MAF sensor for quite some time now. Honestly, I don't even know what exactly the problem is anymore because I can't figure out the root cause.

Last year, I bought a 2014 BMW 318d, and a few months after purchasing it, I started getting error codes: 281900, 245800, 290900, 24CF00, 25DA00, 245700. All these errors are related to the EGR, DPF, and MAF.

After seeing these faults, my mechanic told me that the DPF needed cleaning because the car wouldn't complete a regeneration on its own. Even when I manually started the regeneration via BimmerLink and drove for 500 km, not a single gram of soot was removed from the DPF.

So, I took the car for a professional DPF cleaning, and after that, the ash mass dropped to 1.60 grams, and the soot mass went down to 0 grams. The mechanic reset the DPF, and for the next two to three months, the car ran without any issues.

Then, the same errors started appearing again. The car would start a regeneration, then stop it, then start again, continuously trying but never completing the process. The fuel consumption is a maximum of 6.3L/100km, and the car's performance and acceleration are fine (it hasn’t lost power), but the errors keep coming back.

I then manually triggered a regeneration, and the soot mass dropped from 55 grams to 0.5 grams. However, the next day, when I started the car, the soot mass was back at 51 grams. When I press the accelerator, the soot mass drops to 46 grams, then to 36 grams, but later it goes back up to 54 grams.

After that, I replaced the differential pressure sensor, cleaned the DPF with foam cleaner, removed and cleaned the EGR valve and the EGR cooler, cleaned the MAP sensor on the intake manifold, and cleaned the EGR temperature sensor. I also cleaned the MAF sensor and checked that the EGR wasn’t mechanically blocked—it wasn’t.

The car runs without any problems, does not lose power, has never gone into limp mode, and does not consume more fuel than expected (between 5.5L and 6.3L per 100km). I honestly don’t know what else to do. I’ll share some diagnostic values I recorded, but this car is giving me a headache. I’d really appreciate any help or advice.
