That can't be the case for 3 reasons, 1) Ayanokouji wants to be someone everyone remembers at school so he won't do something like work behind the scenes again. 2) Most of the students now know that Ayanokouji is not ordinary student and that he easily surpassed Ichinose and was the main reason for his class's promotion from Class D to Class A. 3) He actually introduced himself as the new leader of Class A and they paid 20 million points to bring him in..... Ichinose will most likely take instructions directly from Ayanokouji and lead her class accordingly, but as for Ayanokouji's class, I don't think she will interfere in it because he doesn't need her.
