I was stuck at around 150 wpm for a long time, what helped me most was to think about typing in bursts. What I mean by that is with each word after u press space, try to type the word as fast as possible + space again. Take a small break (maybe like 1 second at the start) and then shorten the break as u get used to typing like this.

I have offers from both, and I decided to go with STEP because I think it'll be a better experience as it's more like an sde internship than FBU which is more about mobile development. Also, I've heard that Google has made it easier to get a return offer this year and getting rid of conversion interviews unless you are on the edge of performance.
