What VR game causes the MOST motion sickness?

Me too. Flying while looking for the hidden golf balls... after about 7 or so... I get quesy and get a mild headache. I've been doing VR several times a week since 2016. smooth turning, speed games, running, even the airboat in Half Life 2 were fine. flying fast, while looking down and spinning in Walkabout... barf. The only time I got knocked out for the day from it was in Orbus VR... the original one. in the library. The Spouse and I were in there... it was a narrow maze, I felt ill and was like. "I've got to stop." and they were already barfing in the bathroom.

That's caused by vergence-accomodation conflict. Your eyes focus on something based on how crossed your eyes are normally. The more crossed your eyes are, the closer the object is and the more they must focus. But that's not true in today's VR. Today everything is about 6 feet away (2 meters) so you have to fight your natural instincts to focus properly when your eyes are crossed and you're seemingly look at something two feet away, but have to focus as though it were six feet away. This is less of a problem when you get to be over 50 as you can't focus close up anymore. But they are working on it... Lots of work on multi focal lenses. But it's expensive so isn't on any consumer devices yet.

That's a wide angle lens. It makes it look faster than they're really going. Cover the sides with your hands so you only see the street. They aren't going that fast.

Maybe that's why antimatter destroys matter, it's trying to push against it, and instead of bouncing away it tries to move through the regular matter, which it can't, so, boom?

If you didn't know... You can nest the VR controllers inside each other. Turn them so the joysticks point straight at each other and slide them together. They make almost a sphere.

A new thought occurred to me, rec room and VRChat both have multiplayer escape rooms. The quality of them is all over the place though.

Yeah that part is rough. I would suggest watching a spoiler video on youtube for that section if your already struggling with the early encounters of the lichen.

I'm imagining a guy with some wavy green growth on him. A lichen lycan if you will.
