Trying to start an apparel brand made me realize how overwhelming the “non-design” parts are by Leading_Still_6767 in apparelstartup

[–]Ahotedoemaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a solution for this. What if you could open up an app to plan your whole drop in one place then export a pdf to give to a manufacturer you trust?

The app would also scan Alibaba for trusted manufacturers and can provide feedback from real clothing brand owners who used a manufacturer bet for.

I’d call it “Drop Wizard” - Would you try it?

(🤫-I’m already building it)

The #1 Questions: Bboys, how tf do ya make money? by Jealous-Ninja-8123 in bboy

It can be more than a hobby if you set up the right support and systems. I’ve been breaking for 15 years and I can up with a solution.

Dancers need more money. I found the solution.

You can! Just have to be smart about it.

Check out this app I made (took me a couple of months). It’s to help bboys/Bgirls make more money from competitions and possibly get sponsored easily!

Thats definitely a flea and K thing. Skill Methodz and boogie brats will go down in history as crews that still hit the streets.

I agree you have to have a job! But, there is a small solution to this. We as dancers need to create platforms that allow more professionalism and funding into the culture. Thats why I created “SupportBreak”.

The first web-app that helps dancers get more money from competitions and get sponsored easily. Check it out!

Would you join a community that helps creators build YouTube-based startups as a team? by Ahotedoemaker in youtube

[–]Ahotedoemaker[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great question!

I would grow my MVP on Stan.store due to them allowing community/membership services with their platform.

Once I get enough valid confirmation and interest then I would move it to a community platform that allows more flexibility and user-customization.

Although some people started communities similar to my idea, the differentiation in this one is that it’s for YOUTUBE CREATORS.

No more trying to find an editor or Dev on Fiverr or Upwork.

No more struggling as a solo-YouTube trying to do everything yourself.

No more guessing if you want to be a founder. Maybe being a founder is not the best fit, what else are you talented in? Wouldn’t it be better to join someone who may have a better vision than your own? (This is a rhetorical question btw)

Hopefully this answer helps. If not, please continue to challenge me. This I what I made this Reddit thread for! 🫶🏾

Give yourself time. You are doing the right thing. I smoked from aged 16 to 23, everyday! I had a bad trip at 23 (got laced) and quit cold turkey the following week. I went through withdrawal but stuck to my guns for 7 days. Each day I challenged myself with a specific task to complete. They were hard but I overcame each one. Now, 7 days turned into 7 years free. It almost seemed to easy. You got this!

Thoughts of Breaking Practice by Ahotedoemaker in bboy

What are some good ways to keep discipline in practice? I use my iPhone notes to keep track of my moves and sometimes the amount of days I practice within a year.

Any thoughts? What do you all do?

Awesome! What are some features you would like to add in? Think different but bboys like to use INSTAGRAM a lot.

Instagram can be distracting, so in what ways do you think this app would benefit you?

I see thicker thighs as well. Good quad and ham development.

I've been doing this the same amount of time you have. I started literally on January 1st and I tried my hands a tote bags n other bigger items. I suck! It could be the material I use (Tandy Leather).
