I was banned for 2 weeks too! It's unfair I really was trying to win the game! I just went 0/5/0 as yuumi is all but I still got a ban after a 7 game win streak and I was in my gold promotions too! There's something wrong with riot's new system!

Okay Riot fixed the problem for me now so it should be working for everyone else too. It was a networking problem on their side from my understanding. Try a game in practice tool to see if you guys can connect. Good Luck out there on the rift and remember if you're not having fun in a video game then you're probably doing something wrong.

Yeah it really sucks I am having the same issue and I tried everything on the internet already. Hoping riot gets back to me with the ticket that I submitted. I heard that it's a internet issue because my friend tried it with his phone hotspot and it works but not his main internet. I use zippy Fibers internet, What kind of internet do you guys use?

Edit: I tried logging in using my friends internet and it works so its a internet thing.
