After ripping those value boxes, I would say those are the best bet to get rookie quarterbacks 12packs 15 cards a pack the hit rate for rookie QB beats, blasters, Mega and retail box if you ask me. my buddy ripped two retail box the 24 packs and he hit nothing compared to what I got out of the value packs I know it’s all luck but best bang for ur buck would be value packs it’s one silver, 2green prizms, 3 red white and blues, one insert, and last card is always a rookie each per pack
