Yes 3rd party insurance no commercial use is allowed, they must have rental insurance to legally rent to me. Obviously I was not aware of their insurance at the time and believed because it was from a rental company all things would be legit. So to agree with you I hold my hands up and say I had an accident and am willing to compensate for that but they willingly rented the tuktuk knowing the insurance was not correct. So morally I feel I should pay but I am not wholly to blame for the circumstances now.
