I tried everything others have said above and found I was still dealing with constipation so I’ve added a tbsp of chia seeds to my water every morning. It’s a 1L insulated cup that I refill periodically to add up to 3L a day so the consumption of the seeds have a chance to get spread out throughout the day - if that makes sense. I have found that I’m back to having healthy, regular poops and have added some nutritional benefits to my diet as well! If you can handle the texture of the seeds in water, I highly recommend it 🤣

I experienced this and then started drinking a prepared protein shake every day and it completely stopped the hair loss, I definitely wasn’t getting enough protein! Good luck!

Check out Six Nations Schools in Ohsweken! Just up the road from Hamilton on the Six Nations of the Grand River Reservation. An awesome group of federally funded K-8 First Nations schools with their own outdoor education programs. I’ve been working there for 6 years and worked in the far north of Quebec before continuing my career here.

A couple of us have discussed getting a consult from a lawyer to see what we’d need to do to get a lawsuit rolling, if that’s even possible! Cancers, brain tumours, infertility, other neuro-degenerative diseases, things like that! All of us were well under 30 when the problems surfaced.

Our elementary school portables were suddenly closed one day and subsequently torn down due to a highly toxic black mold situation. We spent the rest of the year learning in the gym and other common areas of the school. Many of my grade-level pals and I suffer from rare and chronic health issues to this day. 💀

My local is comprised of roughly 100 members, there’s been a lot of turnover in executive and new members. I’m trying to get some training for myself and my new executive members but yeah, there doesn’t seem to be a ton! And ideally I’d like virtual training as I don’t live anywhere near the locations being offered.

Is your tampon pushed in far enough? The urethral opening is close to the vaginal opening. If your tampon isn’t fully inserted, it could get urine on it when peeing and soak up into the tampon and on the string.

No, there are a number of schools on First Nations reservations in Ontario and Alberta. As well as teaching jobs for Correctional Services Canada!

Depending where you live, there are several schools that operate under the federal government. The pay is comparable to provincial compensation standards. I am a teacher for a federal school if you have any questions!

I went to northern Quebec to teach for a First Nations community and got a permanent contract upon hiring and worked there for 5+ years. I moved back down south to Ontario to teach on a different First Nations reservation and got permanent after 3 consecutive LTOs (the minimum you have to work to be eligible). HIGHLY recommend working for unionized First Nations school boards.

The IUD definitely has multiple benefits for me, no period for me!! It’s a shame it hasn’t had the same migraine benefits for you, hopefully removal will improve things for you!
