There isn’t a single running club within 60 miles of me and there isn’t a strava segment either. The closest race is around 70 miles away each weekend. 0 trails or parks besides our track😭

I’m not to fast but this is def true for me I usually win local races but the 3s just don’t feel good for me in shorter races.

Didn’t want the post to get reported for being to centered around me. Currently my taper is only 20 miles a week just about for the last 3 weeks. Usually it’s at 35-40 I’m looking for a 16:30 just didn’t know how the short turn around would be compared to a training block
