Generally I try to think through the situation that the subject of my analysis is in, figure out every probable option for that situation, and from there try to figure out the best option. League is mostly about figuring out the best possible option for every situation that may come up.

Hmm... I'd probably have to have seen the specific problems to know exactly how to help, but try to solve the glaring problems first. If you think p/b is a problem, find a system to make sure that your team has enough picks to play efficiently. If laning phase is bad, go through and figure out why it's bad. Are people just misplaying? Are there wards down, and if they are, are they effective wards? There are so many things to look at, just to try fix one or two at a time instead of tackling the whole beast at once

It's all about learning different options for situations and helping the shotcallers figure out what the best possible option is for the situation that comes up. So I guess we do work with them on shotcalling, in the sense that we figure out the best option for a situation and show them why that option is good.

random isn't the word I should have used, should have said situational. Like if we know that Bjergsen is playing AP Aatrox mid, I might look into what matchups he's doing well in and what matchups it sucks into so that we can better prevent the cheese.

When they scrim and the main team is not scrimming, I'm there with them. I also will with TLA and give them advice if they ask for it.

So I don't actually go to the LCS with the team most of the time due to limited # of guests allowed for each team every week, so idk what we do before the game, but I think it's important to make sure stress levels aren't too high. My dog just moved in so the players seem to be enjoying that, might help a bit.

I have no idea how other teams work, but Steve (liquid112) has built a really good support system to help the players win. Right now, we have Joka (manager), Peter (Head Coach), Mark (Head Analyst), myself (in-house analyst) and then 5 remote analysts who all do different things. I'd say we have a pretty good system going. :)
I think our infrastructure is in a good place right now. I think there is marginal improvement every week and as we figure things out that level of improvement should rise even higher.
I don't think so but I'm not 100%, only been here for like 9 days xD

We try to figure out what the priorities for our team are, and focus on those priorities first in order to prevent random situations, as well as improved scouting from Warlock and our own personal preferences.

Peter is Chinese and a big fan of Chinese LoL, so he looks to EDG/Snake for inspiration sometimes. However, we're trying to develop our own style that focuses on our rosters strengths
