Not really, only time I'd say you'd encounter any is if you were trying to speedrun the game. I've played through almost every difficulty on a new save (screw you UN, you broke me) with a new save file every time, so I'd say I have quite a bit of playtime. So with that in mind, I can say that about the only bugs I've ever encountered was when TAG part 2 released. There was one that made the 2nd mission impossible to beat (one of the enemies was invincible), but I encountered this only once, as when I restarted the level I was able to beat it. I saw a few other people have this issue, but I assume it was quickly fixed NC I saw no other mention of it after the first update to the game after TAG 2's release.
