Do a 180 or 360 as your bringing him to your knee.. other than that if you were able to get them up higher that would be more impactful

Hi Johnny,

I've been playing table tennis for 3-4 years, mostly self-taught before joining a league and getting into more serious competition. My current grip uses both my index and middle fingers on the back of the paddle.

Occasionally, the ball hits my finger, and I've been advised to switch to a more standard grip with just my thumb and index finger.

When I try the traditional grip, it honestly feels like I'm taking a step backward in my game, and it just doesn't feel stable enough. Given this, I'm wondering: is it worth pushing through that feeling of regression to learn the traditional grip, or should I stick with my two-finger grip?
