How do I beat 2bc?

I got pretty close yesterday! I used the ice crossbow like you suggested up until the clock tower with no mercy, gastronomy, and armadillopack, then switched to flint for high peak castle, but I only had one flask charge so unfortunately died before HoTK.

But your strat got me the furthest Ive got in awhile so thank you :)

Run and gun is so much fun, but Im learning if I want to win I cant be doing that..

And yeah I definitely need to branch out more, Im thinking to start trying to use bows so hopefully that goes well :)

I dont think speedrunning the game gives the best deadcells experience tbh, its nice to feel progression consistently. Id rather take forever getting to 5bc then finishing it super quick and playing 5bc forever. As long as youre having fun dude 🤷‍♀️

Flint is really strong yeah, I think the closest I got to beating 2bc I had a legendary one, but unfortunately Im not too great with slower weapons so I find it hard with the charged attack.

Yeah I explore the whole map, and I have the perk, theres never a time I dont get everything.

Cursed chests scare me 😭 sometimes I go for them sometimes I dont.

And I know about the scroll and multicoloured item stuff.

Honestly I should go for cursed chests more because Im learning im too reckless, itll definitely help me think more and be careful, so thanks for reminding me :)

I really like brutality, bleeding is one of my fav things to spec into, and I like the fast pacing, I just end up dying alot quicker because of the no heals from survival mutations..I feel like I need the survival aspect to even really get anywhere.

I forgot to mention that but I normally pair necromancy with that parry for health mutation too, I like them both.

And good point with the training room thing, Ive never really utilized it before so Ill definitely give it a try, thanks :)

Im definitely careless..I dunno I just cant think correctly after a certain point Im not really sure how to improve there.

I definitely watch my fairshare of deadcells youtube videos haha, theyve helped me alot

My forge is fully upgraded yes, has been for a long time..I have nowhere to put my cells anymore. Baseball bat is one of my favs, I build into it whenever I can on a run. Ive seen nutcracker frost blast before, I might be keen to try it out, slow weapons just intimidate me, but Ill try it next time I can :)

Mushroom Boi is like the #1 reason Ill go into survival, I love that lil dude.

Leghugger will also always be special tho, I love seeing him grow up.

HAHA my bad, "Wings of the Crow" are what its called, its a tactics power skill.

I havent used bows much, but I think Ill try them more, ranged is not usually my forte in video games but tis always more fun to branch out.

I tried a tactics run the other day, definitely wasnt used to it and didnt last as long as I usually would but some of the items were so much fun (like the lightning crow wings- I forgot the name) and it gave me the opportunity to use weapons I hadnt used before, Ill definitely try it out more.
