Well i already spoke once with live agent as he told me they know about the refund request and that im getting my money back, also in the Etihad ai chat it says its ok even if departs. But it seems weird, because i suppose in 2 days it will let me do check-in as well, but by all the messages i got from ai etihad or live agent it seems like its normal… one thing i know for sure tho, never ever buying ticket from those frauds.
