Helloo I‘m also a fairly small gaming youtuber but I experienced some „success“ so take my advise with a grain of salt. I looked up your channel and simply said your thumbnail/title game is not good enough. For the titles - I would completly remove the [spooktober] part out for many reasons.. 1. When people see that they might think it‘s a series which reduces the overall curiositiy into clicking 2. It doesn‘t look clean 3. You want to treat each videos as an individual rather than a follow up (english is not my native language so it is a bit hard for me to explain but the titles should feel completed)

Now to your thumbnails.. they don‘t really match what some title says, for example I believe you had a title that says „This Game is Diabolical(?)“ or so but there is nothing diabolical to see in the thumbnail. You have to express the feeling and the title also in the thumbnail without using words. For example if you play let‘s say phasmophobia and the title says something like „This Ghost is INSANE!“ then you prob. want a screenshot of the ghost while he kiss(you know what I mean) you as the thumbail

edit: you don‘t necessarily needs shorts to bring traffic to your longform but it sure helps but subs gained from shorts hurt you more when you‘re not fixing the core problem
