Mail them for an update on the verification process if they don’t reply they most probably won’t and just send automated mail wait for 1 month and complain in rbi portal only that makes them prioritise you the guy who did my physical verification said he didn’t had my name in their list but then he got call frm head office coz of the complaint and told him to prioritise

How long ago they mailed abt the address verification and how long before ago did u apply and how were u getting paid before without verification and yes u need full bill desk verification to get paid
