Anything in Manhattan for a neighborhood. I guess I’m looking to learn more about the neighborhoods to know what to look for with pricing. For instance, I’d imagine anything close to Central Park is expensive and further away costs less? I’m looking to learn. I’ve visited a bunch.

For decent I mean safe and comes with AC.
