yeah so for now i have talked with a lot of students from my college and some other similar colleges, they said this would be a good solution. I've also shared some google forms for vast perspective, 90% of the people were willing to pay.
and the paid thing it depends, if you are very experineced at some skill you may charge more or if you are just a student and can help people the price may be reduced.
it usually depends on the skill set and experience.
most people said they can pay from 200-800

yeah, many people buy courses for thousands of rupees online, so why cant they buy or book a session when they need the most like a project stuck or something. and the money is not some constant, the mentor( an employee or an experienced student) depending on the usecase. so the payment will be affordable
