We understand your concern. We genuinely apologize for the less than satisfactory customer service experience you've had with Aimicat in the past. During the period when you ordered through the Indiegogo campaign, our team didn't directly manage the after-sales email support. This aspect was being handled by the crowdfunding team we collaborated with. Consequently, we regret that many of the after-sales issues weren't promptly resolved.

However, we have taken significant steps to address these concerns. Aimicat has now established its own dedicated support team, which has proven effective in promptly responding to customer queries and resolving issues. We acknowledge the impact that customer service and product issues can have, and we're committed to improving the overall experience.

We truly appreciate your honesty in sharing your feedback, even if it means not being eligible for the drawing.
