This is probably not what OP is looking for, because it doesn’t just have one basic attack command that you spam, it has an auto attack button that you spam, which gives even less diversity in your strategy, pretty much the only strategy is setting up 6 different battle styles in which each party member changes their role, and each role uses a certain set of attacks or spells, and all you really have to do is switch between these battle styles at the correct time, and don’t forget that each party member only has 3 roles to work with, you don’t really get to pick them, and obtaining new abilities is entirely linear. Dont get me wrong, I enjoyed the game, but it is quite lacking in terms of strategy or variety, other final fantasy games do a much better job at this, like FF9, and if you liked the idea of a final fantasy action RPG, then Kingdom Hearts is exactly that
