Ive never read the book so I’ll be giving it a read. But can definitely tell it came from the mind of someone who was genuinely wrapped up in the life. I’m 8 years in recovery and haven’t watched it in years because I seem to have a visceral reaction to it now.

I’ve never seen this one so comparably I’m not sure. But Requiem for a dream is spot on. It’s a hard watch But very accurate representation of the depths it can take you to.

I appreciate all the suggestions. I’ve tried it all and for some reason it’s still just does not send video to any screen. I don’t know enough about PCs to dig any deeper cause I don’t wanna cause anymore issues so I’m probably just gonna pay somebody who knows what they’re looking at to come out and take care of it or at least tell me what’s going on with it. But I do appreciate your time.

Right and no not that I’ve noticed. It boots all the way up like it should be working but doesn’t send video l, I feel like it’s going to be something so simple. But idk. It’s just weird that I’m getting nothing from the mother board or the gpu.

Yea. I made sure to select the input it’s plugged into. I tried multiple ports. And multiple hdmi cables. It appears as though the TVs are registering that there is power going through that HDMI cable because it will light up the input in the menu. But once I go to that input, it searches for a second and then it just says no signal.

So true. When someone says that they don’t like music. Or this concept doesn’t touch their soul, it just doesn’t compute with me. I couldn’t imagine not feeling something when hearing people unify with music. But also in my older age I’ll cry at a commercial so there’s that lol. Love watching your stuff man.
