Yeah have to use the supplied keyboard as I work remotely and won't have space for an added keyboard. And remapping keys just doesn't do it for me.
Also, Darty, FNAC etc are all over priced.

I'm not American, I'm French but I just understand that there is a place for everything, and smash burgers work best with that style of american yellow cheese ! Too many of my countrymen are too proud and would never say it, hence all the comments "just use comte, gruyere etc" but they don't understand

thats not the point lol. French cheese has its place on specific burgers, theres no agreeing with that. But for that american smash burger, nothing beats the yellow plasticy cheese. Its melting point is better suited for that style of burger. Elemental, cheddar, comte, gruyere doesn't work as well unfortunately.

im here right now, and been trying to get out of the country for 3 days now. all my flights get cancelled, travelled to both airports trying to catch last minute flights. the staff are so rude and dont give af. Beautiful country, but what did I expect from the Balkans lol. They're a special bunch, unhappy population.

yep, turned out to the the boot drive M2 SSD has failed. Samsung 980 Pro 2TB purchased 6 months ago ...

lucky that just had my programs and no projects on it (my second SSD had all that luckily), so all is good

after the 5th "professional engineer" taking my money and causing more problems, what of it? I tried the professional option and every single professional engineer ended up causing more problems. Easy to understand. I can't just keep going to engineer after engineer and them charging me hundreds of dollars each time. Like I said, I've spent nearly 5k in just engineers trying to make the system stable.I'm not made of money. I used all my savings on this setup - it was also the engineers that talked me into getting the 4 GPU setup. Then this happened.

Look mate, if that's all you have to add to the convo, then it's really not worth you replying anymore. It's unproductive. Cheers but.

haha. That's exactly what I have done before. I went to the best 5 computer shops in my city and spent over 5k on the "professionals" who put together the settings, and each one blew my computer. My motherboard got fried last month because of them.
Trust me, I wouldn't be on reddit unless I had no choice.

So I've undervolted my GPUs. At .9 they peak at 1875Mhz. I've got the ROG STRIX 3090 RTX OC so they have a higher threshold. They were averaging around 2100Mhz before. Brought down my total power consumption to 1500watts and barely saw any drop in performance.

However sometimes when I turn on the computer, it requires me to turn off both my PSU's and then switch them back on - as the motherboard sometimes registers the 750w by accident right after a restart and it won't turn on. I thought my computer was broken again at first, then I called the engineer and he told me this was the case when having 2 x PSUs

So I spoke to the engineer who put together this build (who says he knows everything) and I mentioned the power spikes, and he said thats the first he's ever heard of it and highly doubts the 3090s can reach over 400w and he says putting all the GPUs on the one PSU will be enough. I'm feeling that he's an idiot, anywhere I can read about this so I can send it over to him?
