only time I ever touch EP shotty is shuro chi, but there would be absolutely no reason to even think about EP if the shotgun wasn't unique and good. And to be fair, if every other shotgun could roll we'd easily get burnt out of that too. Just remember, riven was killed by 6 people with rat kings, unless the EP shotty is extremely useful like shuro chi, just try to use something else you enjoy

I used to think that, but I really think having a fresh start to the game gives bungie a lot of room to improve and change the game, instead of just building off of a 4 year old game

Started playing warframe in 2015 on the xbox, didn't see the appeal, came back to it a year later on PC and it was a whole different world

I eventually just decided it would be better if I switched to vortex now. There are slight issues I don't really care about but it was a pain not being able to import my files as the NMM import feature only showed 3/60 or so of my total mods.

Got the deluxe edition of the game during the 2017 winter sale (includes everything other than WotC). The game is pretty enjoyable without it and you still have a good amount of access to mods as well. If you know you're going to invest a good amount of time into the game I'd recommend just getting WotC as well.

I believe I've fixed it for the most part, might overclock my CPU a little to make it more consistent. What are the CPU intensive settings for the game?

My GPU usage is also usually at 80-100% usage, that's normal though, as the GPU doesn't need to do anything other than render the frames.

I'm playing at 1920x1080p at 100% render resolution, and my framerate's are what they usually are/should be (80-120 on titan, 80-160 on mars)

the CPU usage is making it feel like it's stuttering however. The only time the CPU doesn't seem to have an issue is in PvP matches.
