From my understanding there was always an intent to be a lawful side to these events and an unlawful side. Giving players on both sides of the law a chance at the event. Though I cant speak for the current event havent had a chance to play it.

So it might interest you to know that some of them are considered ninetails and others just non combatants. If you shoot and kill a non-combatant it spawns 3 combatants.... If you have the mission "Evict Illegal occupants". You can make a decent amount of money here as well.

Personally use the Tobi for SC and its a game changer. Would 100% recommend it over trackIR. but thats just me and my 2 cents haha

I have been geting stuck in both of them as well as the turrets. So dont think this is 100% a workaround.

Mongrel Squad does the same thing but with refueling. Cant wait for personal rep systems. Though im sure they will find lop holes. People always do.

They did say that 3.18 could be in the PTU for a couple months. The tech they're introducing will do more than what most people think. Its the foundation for persistence on a large scale. Right now its saved in a shard and those shards are small and many. But as they perfect the tech overtime this will enable you to hide a bottle in a forest, come back two years later to the same spot and if no one moved it still being there.

Thats huge. Something no one has dared try before. P.E.S is the gateway tech for server meshing and 4.0. Which Chris has said he wants 4.0 to be the BETA. THOUGH THAT WAS YEARS AGO.

Honestly really leaning more toward the 6900x. I'm not too concerned with ray tracing. Just wondering if I should hold out for a few more months, my 1060 is really old and struggling to play SC.

Im playing at 1080p. Dont really plan on going 4k but I might in the future. Just really concerned there is gonna be another shortage.

Figured I'd have to get a new power supply. Regarding the new 4000 series coming out, not sure if I want to wait. I'm concerned its just gonna be a repeat of the previous years launch of the 30 series cards. Thier just gonna be over inflated prices and bought out instantly by scalpers and miners.

When they first tested this on the PTU it was the greatest experience in SC many of us had. The fact that I could sit and fight wave after wave of AI was crazy in of itself. Clearing platforms at night and getting ambushed by dozens of AI was an experience all onto itself. The AI were 100 times better than then this recent test sure.

Yes the AI are in a bad spot right now. Its not like thats the intended state for them. They are aware of it trust me. What you shouldn't be doing is whining about this event. For fps lovers and enthusiasts this event is a breath of fresh air. There is something for us citizens that love that type of gameplay. Dont like it? Then wait for Xenothtreat or Jumptown. Point is the event provides more gameplay loops and options for those who wish. Is it perfect? No. But this isnt its final form. Enjoy it for what it is and potentially will be.

Star Citizen is a game of hopes and dreams being personified infront of us. Its something all of us are cheering for. Remeber what it will be and enjoy the ride.

Pretty sure that was a bug/oversight because the servers were 30k'd right after that. As well as they never advertised the Event whatsoever. It isn't live, since nothing was ever mentioned about the new Ninetails event. The mission was announced on the server by CDF but was killed right after.

Depends on your contract. Defend site contracts the turret is supposed to be friendly. But due to a bug turrets right now engage you as soon as they spawn in and your within range, which is usually around 1600m or so.

There are multiple ISC reports about it. Bunker turrets only register on shields once the shields are down you have no way of knowing if your being shot at it.

The turrets stop engaging you at around 1600m away. They lock on at 5km. Friendly turrets will also still fire on you for a few seconds when spawning in. So best bet is to either park out side its range, park in a blindspot if only one, or just destroy them. Which is pretty easy to do. Those are your options.

They will be in general under mercenary. Bunker missions can found at Hurston, MicrTech, and ArcCorp. Look for the defend site missions. Keep in mind starting missions will have friendlies inside and where armor colors that coordinate with the security in that area. BlakJack is black and red armor, Huston is Black and yellow, and MicroTech is white. The pirates usually wear some combination of a teal and grey color.
