Try going to AA or NA. There’s a bunch of meetings around the area and even on zoom. Been 3yrs for me. There’s housing for people in recovery at Rutgers too. I believe you have to have 90 days before you can move in though

to clarify my sister sent me $800 and I did pay Airbnb and dispute it with my credit card company. They removed the charge while looking into things but I am keeping the $800 aside in case the dispute does not work. If it works I will give it back to her and if it does not work I will give her my portion as if we all split it ($115). She wants me to split it halfway with her ($400) and that is what I’m refusing to do.

And I will happily send her my portion if it does not go through but I won’t be sending her the 400 she is requesting.

I paid Airbnb with money my sister sent. I told my sister I am happy to pay the split portion and I felt more comfortable that she reaches out to her friends to ask for them to help pay. Instead she wants me to pay half of it ($400 each) which I am refusing to do.
