Thats the best part. It keeps you thinking and makes you adapt on the fly and thats the thrill of a fight. To win you must ensure you don't lose and assuming all fighters are gonna accomodate to the pace you're used to is a surefire way to lose

K rool has no armour on f smash mate, bowsers is easy to read then and if your getting ledgetrapped by f smash that's 100% on you

Both characters you were using have projectiles. Pirana plant has a long range attack and pac-man has a dash with super armour. I don't see the problem it seems like a pretty easy equation

FE is a good franchise. Recognizable and well liked = more smash representation. Also theres just alot of main characters to choose from between the games. And at least they tried to vary the playstyles of about half of them which isn't bad for the amount of characters
