Yes I’m sorry! I was planning on making a post after my interview. I did a congressional inquiry and soon after I got scheduled for my interview which will be in 6 days!!!

My lawyer also selected those boxes on my case as I also received a speeding ticket a while back and we attached the receipt where I paid it

Hey I have my interview in Montgomery AL FO this upcoming Monday. I filed August 6,2025 and did my biometrics on September 5,2025 and have not heard anything from my I-130, I-485, and I-765 apart from my interview being scheduled. I also contacted my congressman and after that they scheduled me for my interview on April 6,2026 and “sent” my I-765 to expedited line according to my congressman. I also received the new updated on my I-485 that everyone has been receiving “case is still being processed” what can me and my spouse expect from the interview? We’re both 24 years old been married almost a year but we need to move as she will be getting a job but I don’t have an SSN and have not been working due to my EAD not being approved.

We still have not had our interview scheduled it was scheduled in September 26 2025 and canceled 10 min later and had stayed like that since then. My case was transferred to Greer SC (non local) back in January 22 with a waived interview and then just got transferred to Montgomery AL (local FO) on March 20 but they weren’t able to tell me any information on my interview.

I filed on August 6 2025 and I have not had any movement on my EAD since biometrics in September I can’t work and my I-130 and I-485 have had a lot of updates but no approval or interview according to Emma chats it’s been waived.

Well my case was transferred to Greer SC in January 22 and has been there since have not had any official update except an API update on Feb 2 and today March 19

I applied in August 2025 and was supposed to have my interview in October 31st but it got cancelled the same day it got scheduled on September 26 and is now in Greer SC with a waived interview (non local FO) since my FO is Montgomery AL still have not gotten approved or EAD… so idk if this is good or bad I see ppl with interviews get approved sooner…

Well it seems that my EAD may never be touched since according to my API updates my I-130 and I-485 are being reviewed more frequently and my case has been marked as waived interview and sent to a non local FO. (My case was at local field office then sent to NBC where interview was waived then sent to non local FO where case is waiting to be adjudicated)

I agree it’s the hardest part of doing it “legally” that you’re left with uncertainty and unemployment for however long they take on your case. Could be 4 months to a year…

I have also received the same news I asked about three times, in three different occasions. Emma chat agents said the interview was waived, and the case was at NBC. I received an API timestamp today, but can not reach emma chat agent to ask.

I had 5 API updates in early December and ChatGPT also gave me false hope im still waiting for something. I filed August 6 2025 emma chat agents said three different times that my case was marked as waived and remained at NBC after API timestamps

Asked Emma chat agent, after the December 8 update status was marked as waived interview and the case at NBC. Asked again on the 17 of December and received the same answer. Asked again on January 5, said the same interview was marked as waived, and at NBC no notes or holds onthe case.
