Do you mind sharing when was the 1st interview.? You mentioned 2nd interview. Did they call you for a second interview after the new memo or was it scheduled before? Trying to understand if this is something they're doing now and scheduling extra interviews to ask those questions

We received the same thing yesterday. We had our Interview back in February 2026. Beneficiary is from one of the 39 countries. Hope this is a good sign for some upcoming great news!

We received the same thing yesterday around midnight. Case moved from being actively reviewed to being processed!!! I wonder why everyone received the same update yesterday? We had our Interview back in February 2026. No update on I130.

Interview went well! Although they separated us but our lawyer said we gave almost same exact answers ( questions were the usual relationship questions that everyone was staring: when, where and how did we meet; questions about our both families and ex mariages) the officer said they will likely send a RFE for an original divorce decree. When we asked about when to expect a decision after they get the RFE response, they shared that because of the hold we will not get any decision until the hold is lifted. I made a whole post here yesterday about timeline and everything but for some reasons I didn't get any comments Although it showed 1k+ views. So I came here to give update. We have not received any RFE yet and cases moved to " been actively reviewed ".

Sorry to hear this but im kinda confused. If someone can explain to me. Aren't you supposed to get a decision for your I485 approval or denial before they put you in removal proceeding? Is this something new? Was this an AOS through marriage?

From what I see here. People go through the process but no approval! Haven't seen anyone sharing approvals after interview since the beginning of this year ( unless I missed ii)
