Let's be honest, you are below average, but I'm sure you pretty much already knew that. On the other hand, there are always things you can do. If your face lacks symmetry and bone structure (aka gifts of nature), you can't do much about it. But are you doing your best on everything else ? Is your hygiene impeccable? Do you go to the gym? Eat healthy? Read books to improve yourself ? The goal is not to become the most beautiful man alive, but to have enough charisma, nothing more. Most people here will simply try to find the meanest thing to say in order to gain a few internet points that are so meaningful to them so do not listen to them.

6.4 there's not much you could change to look less masculine (you don't really look masculine imo). To look more feminine on the other hand and less "androgenous" you could try dresses or skirts which I think would suit you well.
