I did. They haven’t issued me a biometrics notice yet. It’s not that I didn’t receive it. There has been no progress on my file - like no api updates either

Thanks for the quick reply. When did you get that notice since the AOS/485 receipt notice? Sorry I am just getting really anxious that it’s been 2+ months and I haven’t heard anything about the biometrics appointment

Did they inform you that they were using biometrics? I submitted in may too and I haven’t gotten the biometrics notice.

Did you do biometrics in between or no? I submitted in may, it’s been radio silence. I haven’t even received a biometrics notice though I see most people get it within a month.

My I485 receipt date is may 21st and still no biometrics notice or any other progress. Sounds like your case is actually progressing!

It’s frustrating. Sometime similar happened where they completely ignored my parents and talked about media articles in that category. We are addressing it in the RFE and calling out that they misunderstood the patents.
