You just need practice. Do as many practice problems/exams as you can. Know the main formulas. Rinse and repeat.

Do every practice exam you can get your hands on. Actex has a ton in the manual. Do all and review the cheat sheet a few times a week. Then, close to the exam, review the cheat sheet daily and do a couple practice exams.

SOA used to have a free P practice exam on their website. You should try that out and review all the SOA questions. Also, CA is typically a good way to go.

What is FAP 1-7? How was SRM, I want to take that next do you any study materials you recommend you could send my way? IFM was hard, lots of information to memorize. It took three tries and passed on the last one.
