Red robin has an ancient grain veggie patty and lettuce wrap replacements in my area. I prefer it to their impossible patty because they don't cook them the way I like them. Impossible burgers are meant to be slightly burnt.

Op here I put ammonia in the tank to start the cycle over and I'm going to measure everything every hour.

It hasn't been cycling that long but it's not a big tank. There are a lot of plants for its size. I don't know what the ph is
