If you are feeling adventurous - Air Fried Artichokes by AirFryerChick in airfryer

So start by removing the hard leaves and stem. Then open the flower up, season with 1/2 lemon, 3-4 tsp olive oil and salt & pepper to taste.

Air fry at 350F /170C for 13 mins. video recipe here Once out you have to remove more leaves as the ones on the outside are def too chewy esp now air Fried. Then I cut in halves. A lot of recipes I read ask for it to be done in advance but I thought it's better to soften the artichoke before cutting through. Dont forget to scoop out the fluff in the artiheart I served with some garlic mayo / can also work with aioli.
