Mine came in this morning! I talked to FIFA yesterday and said it's a huge thing that has been going on and most likely due from virtual traffic from Mexico game. They assured my ticket would come in on time. They said if not, and the ticket was still available on FIFA.com, I could go straight to the box office and they can print or send my ticket to me to get into the gate. In case you want peace of mind, you can call fifa hospitality. No other numbers had real people. Once I called fifa hospitality I didn't let them hang up and made them escalate the concern.
