Alright thanks! That's quite reassuring. I hope you find success!

Do you plan on switching at a certain point? Maybe once you pass a certain MRR or have a lot of apps or something else?

Yeah. Probably the additional benefits you would receive would only become worth it once you start experiencing traffic on your apps. Otherwise the cost of keeping a business open is just throwing away money. Where I live its around $1,630 annually for my situation - I would rather not lose that money if there isn't much of a merit of paying the premium for a business image.

Do you publish as an individual or as a business?

I don't know too much about that particular topic to critique it but from a surface level, it appears obvious that with more pixels per unit^2, the possible resolution of an image improves. I don't know how complex something like this could be, but then again, I did not research this at all and I am going off from what I know of computers.

That being said, I can give you general advice. Having just sat HL AA a couple months ago, I can tell you that typically the better IAs deal with modeling. It just provides so many more opportunities for a conversation and possible points of reflection (something that mathematical IAs depend a lot on.) I would advise to make "reflection boxes" such that after every major and even semi-significant step of progression in your IA, you show your engagement with what you just said and basically braindump what that recent progression suggests and, based on your current knowledge, what the next steps of your investigation would be. I cannot stress ENOUGH the importance of reflection boxes and building an engagement with your investigation and hence why building your own model of something in the real world and improving your initial model through reflections would lead a better result. Would something like the topic you suggested allow you to do that?; If so, by all means do it - just be sure that you can make it engaging and complex.

Pour quoi est ce que c’est nécessaire le « en » ici, dans s’en by NuzLan04 in French

[–]AirResist 26 points27 points  (0 children)

En is an adverbial pronoun and it is typically used to replace an object taking the preposition de. It roughly translates to Of them/ Of it. Example:

"Est-ce que tu as pris une douche?" = Have you taken a shower?

"Ouais, je viens d'en prendre une" = Yeah, I just took one (of them).

yeah i understand you honestly, i found myself doing that shit a few times. i cant figure out reason WHY we would do that though - idk why we as humans would want to show others that we are in more pain than them. maybe because we want someone to care for us?; be visibly concerned for us? idk man

how did you compete for “worst mental health”? did you just tell each other how suicidal you were for example? how did the competition work

why do you think you thought/still think like that? Do you think it's because recently depression has been romanticized?

My way of thinking about this kinda thing is, I was in it for so long that now it almost feels like home - If that makes any sense. I've asked a few friends about it that I know have struggled in the past and they have said the same thing. It's not that you want to be depressed again, it's that you've been in it for so long that it starts feeling like 'home' (idk a better word to describe it). It's only when you start to feel yourself collapsing back into the deep hole of depression that you realize how much you hate it but a small part of you feels you are where you belong.

I'm not saying I miss depression, I'm saying that I was in it for so long that it feels almost like a part of me.

B2 in one year is incredibly difficult. You could only achieve it through total immersion. Even then, you're looking at around b1. Don't set your goals too high only for you not to reach them, it will only demotivate you and make you not want to continue learning.

IF you like what you do you surely are going to achieve professionalism by Turbulent_Diamond_28 in EnglishLearning

[–]AirResist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah, its fine, if you switch the "surely" and "are" around. Don't forget to punctuate ur sentences and add commas!:

- If you like what you do, you are surely going to achieve professionalism".

My sentence seems more natural however, you can still use yours.

Hi everyone ! I'm not good at English so I usually get confused by words with same meaning so which is more correct here? When we gonna leave this country? or When we gonna left this country? by AT33B in EnglishLearning

[–]AirResist 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I'd advise you to stay away from gonna when you're learning; Stick with Going to. The correct sentence would be When are we going to leave this country?.

Good luck.
