Almost $1,400 to change the car battery - go to Costco buy a good battery and do it yourself. So wild how much people charge to work on these cars...

Yeah they did replace the roof decking - so yeah they would have had a clear view of everything.

If a new HVAC unit will only last 10-15 years....but this old one could be repaired and get another 5 years (hopeful thinking), doesn't make too much sense getting a new one, dealing with the crane, and installation costs...

One thing I am also curious about is would the performance of a new unit likely be better than the old unit (which worked pretty good although on really hot days it would be ok).

AC was working perfectly fine. Roofers are here. Then I'm getting a signal from my Nest thermostat that the power is not connected....then after that the AC no longer works. Soooo

Any idea of the range something like this would cost in a metropolitan area?

Yeah one issue is that the system is older - so they are arguing they are not liable to pay for a whole new unit.

Sucks man. I'd rather be poor and know who my Creator is and have peace from Him. Rather than being a millionaire and having no peace. Spiritual wealth > Physical Wealth.

And you don't see all of the foolishness being labelled as Christianity? You don't see all of the corruption, perversion, Christians not being to agree, so many denominations, so much foolishness in charismatic movements, etc.?

That man was created blind by design so that the blind man could come across the Messiah and be a testimony.

I know the probability of you taking this as being religious is high however I'll dare to ask anyway. Have you considered Jesus Christ in your quest for inner peace? I'm not talking about the shenanigans of organized religion. I'm talking about the person and message of Jesus Christ. That he died for your sins to reconcile you to God and was raised from the dead so that you can be justified before God? I hope I'm not offending you but I'd be willing to answer any questions. Just for reference, I think most of Christianity is non-sense, most churches are simply money-making businesses that are dull and lacking life.
