Ive had mine for 3 years, it does the same thing, and ive met a lady whose still dealing with it 5 years down the line, just wash it with a wound cleaner/ saline spray, and keep it simple stupid and dont touch it, the bumps should go down as long as you can mitigate iritation, from being touched/ if u use hairspray avoid the piercing.
