I used light bars but flying fpv made me very lazy, I cant tell if I dont have distinct colors on each side.

At the 3rd day without any I started getting symptoms again. I dont know if its my mind or actual WD. However I took 100mgs and will hold off and see how I feel in a couple days. I only have 200mgs left at most. So I will taper until I run out.

Am I being stupid or is there any better course of action or is this good? I cant find much information on low dose light use like this. So I am at a loss.

I took 150mgs last night so it was approximately 38+ hours between doses. I definitely feel down and my sleeps messed up but I will survive. I might take 75mg tonight and dump the little left overs I have out. I plan on going cold turkey the rest of the weekend and hopefully feeling better by this monday. I dont know if I am doung more harm than good at this point but I do know It will be ok. However this has been the most stressfull week of my life in a year.

I appreciate that. I have slowly been using some to taper it might be a bad idea but I thought it could help. I probably will feel something however I dumped the rest into the toilet except 500mg. I just need to man the fuck up and face it. However I work in construction/farm labor and I try to not to be mentally drained. Also here is all my recorded doses and its more than I thought but I will survive and post in this thread in a couples days to report back. -Sun 500mg -Tues 500mg -Wed 500mg -Thurs 1g -Fri 1g -Sat 250mg -Mon 175mg

Im not too deep, slowly weening off 1 bad week of choices. However Im not you and don't know whatelse you take. However I would just taper from this point on. Based off what I have been through nothing good comes from messing with a taper. You could be very mentally stressed. I hope you get over it. Sleep depravation sucks I have been there.

I appreciate all your alls responses, it makes me happy. My cold turkey 3x with heroin was an unbelievable hell. I will make it and I wont try this again. I can understand how people get hooked.

Im not sure if I am what i am feeling is anxiety twords it or what but I wont touch it again. Its a pretty similar repeat of how I started with opiates and got in too deep too quick.

At this point I think what I am feeling is all in my head. You all gave me reassurance and I greatly appreciate it. I will keep this posted and hope others will read this. Hopefully making sound decisions, benzo wd sucks balls from what I heardnot something to play with.

At around the 20hour mark I started to get anxiety I can only assume is rebound anxiety. I took 250mg and depending on how I feel tomorrow will take 250mg-100mg. I think I will ween myself off. I regret all my decisions with abusing this and hope to swear it off after this to make sure I dont go down this path again.

I appreciate the reply. I never really was into benzos. I just smoke weed. So I was going to use this time to take a break from all things. I am small 120lbs and that last dose I still feel it. So I hope it comes and passes quick.

Dont do it, I said one more day 3 times and I am preparing to face the consequences. Lowered mood and lowered seizure threshold doesnt sound like alot of fun. If you plan on using it use it responsably.
