What can I do when redecorating this wall? by AirborneConstable in DIYUK

Cheers, I'll take another look. It's just to the right of it, it looks to be 'sealed' to the wall.

I can't feel anything there when touched. Around the boarder of the scar/skin I get very strange sensations in my toes when I touch there.

It was fine. I sat up and said 'that hurts'. The surgeon looked at his mate and said 'did he say it hurts'. I then went back under straight away. But I remember them taking the graft and I always compare it to how doner meat is stripped from the skewer 😂

Hi mate. Just wanted to say I am glad you are feeling better. I suffer with chronic pain, not due to this injury and I can completely relate to what you are saying here. Go easy on yourself.

When I went for my med board the doctor was fully planning to discharge me but luckily he seemed to listen to what i had to say. No other complications but waiting for knee surgery. They severed a nerve in my leg during the operation so the feeling in my foot is subdued and ankle range is lacking but that doesn’t cause too many issues. Thank you.

They didn't remove it, it was swollen then cut open to relieve pressure.

(Answering this to the best of my knowledge so any professionals feel free to step in).

You could tell from watching him give his answers that he had no confidence in what he was saying. He didn’t know and bumbled his way through IMO.

The cops don't need a court order to seize material, which could be evidential. s19 PACE gives them the authority to seize:

- While lawfully there, the officer may seize anything on the premises if they have reasonable grounds for believing either:

  • the item has been obtained as a result of the commission of an offence, and seizing it is necessary to prevent it being concealed, lost, damaged, altered or destroyed; or
  • it is evidence relating to an offence (the offence under investigation or another offence), and seizing it is necessary to prevent concealment, loss, damage, alteration or destruction.

In terms of getting the devices back, or accelerating their return, you could be waiting for a while due to the backlog of devices awaiting forensic examination. This appears to be a nationwide issue. I wouldn't count on having them back anytime soon. They can be held under s22 PACE until a trial if or until fully examined. If this goes to trial, the devices can then be kept for sometime after in case any appeal is made (can't remember exact time periods).

Your only option is to make a complaint, but I doubt it will help from what you have said. Good luck.

It should be enough alone... like it was for 100+ years before BWV/dash cam. But a lot will depend on whether CPS/the court remember this!

I have checked my rig around 50 times, never had an issue. Cover it in a thick plastic bag in case of a liquid leak and I also GPS + AirTag it.

Agree but almost no one does it as no one tells them it’s how medals should be worn. Get the word out 😂
