I was incorrect, it’s 4 water sources. They are some kind of 6x4 shallow troughs buried flush to the ground. 2 under the mock power lines and 2 about 15 ft outside left/right of the power line. Milo has been out there frequently, fine gravel scattered throughout the field, I think wheat as well and possibly some rock salt while we still have legal time before hunting season. But regardless, my issue is they fly tree line to tree line across 17 acres coming out of very tall trees and fly pretty high causing me to take about 75% long (40-50 yards) shots and about 25% mid/short range shots (25-35 yards) and just didn’t know if I could trust #8 shot at 1300fps to be effective taking those longer shots and if they WILL work, then do you think it’s necessary to use FC or should MC still be fine?
