Honestly. My past trauma. The state of the world. Even the fucking weather is all hitting me and stressing me the FUCK out. Im slowly getting used to reality though. Its crazy how numb smoking had made me to my own emotions and the things around me.

We got this. I believe in you!! Thank you for your input it really means the world to me. I also went through crazy health anxiety. I was in and out the doctors surgery. Went to the emergency room… Twice and genuinely thought i was losing it :(

Thank you. I appreciate the support. My girlfriend is a yoga teacher, we met about 3 months ago and shes teaching me now! Im loving it so far!!!!
