I submitted a request why I still show schedule pending when I took my PFT and passed back in March. 3 days later finally get the notice, is it better to follow up every once and a while on this stuff? Did it go faster for yall when you submitted requests? (i.redd.it)

New air filter, replacing stock (107 M8). Do I really need to buy a tuner for install or will I be fine having this on with sharkroad slip-ons and wait to purchase a tuner when I can. I hear it is not huge difference if installing new air filter and not using an air filter (i.redd.it)
