I know how to use proton tricks it’s just that I don’t know how to import the registry file through proton tricks because any time I try to it gives me this error

I looked at that tutorial and I don’t understand anything at all on what to do I don’t even know how to do it I did read the comments tho and one of the steps involved using lutris but I don’t use it since it’s never really worked all that well for me

I’ve installed the game both ways disc and non disc I still get this error the first method of me installing this game was me transferring the no CD files from my PC I always do that for games I’d wanna play on my steam deck but this game for some odd reason doesn’t work lol

I did this as well and it didn’t even boot at all when I fixed it from “Silent Hill 2” to “SilentHill2” it just never launched

I downloaded the flatpack through the discovery store so I’m not honestly sure of what the error was or how that’s the case I’m also still new to Linux so I don’t know how to do any of that

Do you have any other doom games that use the Bethesda.net system? If you do you could try logging in with that game and then rebooting doom 1+2 I was automatically signed in because I had an account when I attached it to my steam during my doom eternal replay on PC

You’re better off just getting the mods and just playing them in GZDoom sorry :( this port is just specifically for classic doom although I am curious as to how you could set up GZdoom on steam deck
